Meet the Owners

Our story began at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels!), where we met and quickly discovered we made a pretty great team. We started dating in 2014 and eventually said "I do"—twice! After navigating both a 2020 and 2021 wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic, we gained a unique perspective on what truly matters when planning a wedding.

Those experiences taught us that the most meaningful celebrations aren't about unnecessary extras—they're about creating a day that feels authentically you. Learning to adapt, embrace the unexpected, and focus on the moments that matter most is something we now bring to every couple who celebrates with us. Our goal is to help you create a wedding day that reflects your love story while making the planning process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Before becoming wedding venue owners, Blaise spent 10 years in collegiate athletics at Elon University, managing game-day events and operations. His experience coordinating large-scale events, solving problems on the fly, and ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly has proven invaluable in the wedding and event industry. Today, he also works in financial planning, bringing a thoughtful, organized approach to everything we do.

Sara has been a licensed Realtor for more than a decade and is the owner of two Pure Barre studios. Through years of entrepreneurship, she's developed a passion for serving people, building strong communities, and creating exceptional client experiences. If you ask her, every role she's ever had can be summed up in one title: professional chaos coordinator.

Together, our strengths complement one another in ways we never imagined. Our different backgrounds allow us to approach every wedding and special event with a balance of organization, creativity, hospitality, and genuine care. Whether we're helping couples plan the wedding they've always envisioned or ensuring every guest feels welcomed, we're passionate about creating unforgettable celebrations.

When we're not at the venue, one of our greatest joys is fostering dogs through Freedom Ride Rescue. We've helped many pups find their forever families—and that's how we met Tucker, who quickly became a permanent member of ours. It's another adventure filled with equal parts love and chaos, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

While our careers keep us busy, we're happiest spending time with family, serving our community, and dreaming about what's next. We're especially excited to welcome our first child this fall and can't wait to continue growing both our family and the community we've built through our wedding and event venue.
